About Me…

A healthy lifestyle starts with a strong body and mind. I help people of all ages build the life they have always dreamed of through personal training and health coaching.

After I retired from Elite acrobatic gymnastics I pursued my Bachelors of Science in sports and exercise science with a specialization in human performance. I went on to earn my Masters of Arts in applied learning and instruction with a focus on health education from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights! Charge On!).  I am a Certified Personal Train and Weight Loss Specialist through NASM. And a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

I am an avid weightlifter, yogi, and when convinced to do a race, a runner 😊

My journey as a trainer has taken me to a variety of different venues including BootCamp, CrossFit, and Marathon training. I have worked with pregnant women, triathletes, retired soldiers, and truck drivers. Once COVID-19 hit the US I took to coaching completely virtually. Health and safety are my #1 priority, which includes techniques, mental, and physical health. 

I have found that exercise is not one-size-fits-all. And finding the right combination of challenge and fun is the key to a successful program!
